By installing SmartJack, as showcased in the after photo, we secured a solid, level foundation beneath the house. Our commitment to reliable solutions not only corrected the problem but also restored the homeowner's confidence in their home's safety and stability.

A SmartJack crawl space support post enables the floor above the crawl space to be raised and stabilized. 

This home fell victim to foundation settlement. To permanently lift, level, and stabilize the structure, we installed out Foundation Push Pier System. 

As a result of damage to the crawl space supports, the floor above began to sag. The floor above was stabilized and leveled by installing a steel supplemental beam and SmartJack support posts. The steel beam was placed in the crawl space and was bolted to the existing floor joists to help support them. The SmartJack support posts were then attached to the steel beam and adjusted to stabilize and level the floor above.
