Gina contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with water flooding the basement of her home in Clio, SC. The basement was built with concrete blocks that allowed water to seep through the walls and on to the floor of the basement. We where able to help Gina with her basement water issues by installing the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. The WaterGuard System is specially- designed piping system engineered specifically to be a more efficient, long lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system then other basement waterproofing systems on the market. The system is designed no to clog, has a lard drain outlet to the sump and will not cause structural damage to the foundation. Our team installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to eliminate moisture in the air and keep humidity levels low. 

To intercept water at the wall/floor joint, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. Water will then be directed to the TripleSafe Sump System to ensure this basement remain dry! 

Jesse contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our ad's in the paper. Jesse was experiencing water coming into his basement when it rained. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Jesse and found that the basement would benefit from our WaterGuard System along with a TrenchDrain to catch and remove any water that tired to enter the home.
