Kyle contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was in the process of finishing his basement, but when ever it rained the basement would flood. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Kyle to go over the best solution to keep the water out of the basement of the home. Our crew lead by Cornelius Lamb installed our WaterGuard System, a SuperSump with a Battery Back-up and a SaniDry CX to keep the basement nice and dry. Kyle is thrilled to have the basement fixed so that he can finish his plans of finishing the basement.

Diverting Water Away from Foundation Using Downspout System in Bladenboro, NC

Water is diverted away from the foundation using a downspout and LawnScape Outlet by directing rainwater from the roof through the downspout, which then channels it to the LawnScape Outlet. The LawnScape Outlet, typically placed at the end of the downspout, allows water to flow away from the foundation, preventing water accumulation and potential damage.

Vented Crawl Space Problems in Autryville, NC

Vented crawl spaces cause high humidity levels because they allow warm, moist air from outside to enter the crawl space. This air cools as it enters the crawl space, leading to condensation on surfaces, which increases humidity levels. To seal the vents, our team fastened our SilverGlo Thermal Insulation over the interior vent followed by installed SilverGlo throughout all the walls in the space.
