This Kenansville, NC doctors office basement had a water intrusion problem, so we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump features three pumps in one, including a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. This ensures that the basement remains dry even during power outages. The sump pump also has a higher capacity, making it suitable for handling heavy water influxes and preventing water intrusion in the basement.

John contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having 2 feet of water standing in the elevator pit of his home in Oak Island, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon met with John to go over the pit and found that we could help John keep the pit dry by installing a Super Sump Sump Pump System in the pit and having the water pump out to a designed part of the yard. Our crew  lead by Ricky Warren installed our EZ Flow Waterproofing System that we are able to catch the water and pump it out of the crawl space with our SmartSump Sump Pump System before it causes more problems in the crawl space of the home. Martha contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because anytime it rained the basement of her home would flood. Martha used the space as storage and she was worried that her belonging being ruined. We were able to help Martha by installing the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard System catches the water before it can flood the crawl space and drains into a SuperSump System that is then pumped out of the home and into a designed area of the yard. Martha is extremely happy that she no longer has to worry about the basement flooding and ruining her belongings.
