Excessive moisture in this customers crawl space led to joist damaged that ultimately caused the subfloor to warp and feel bouncy. Our team removed the damaged area and replace the subfloor. Additionally, we recommended the homeowner encapsulate their crawl space to prevent further moisture damage as well as installing our SmartJack Support system to stabilize sagging floors.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Art to go over the problems and concerns to find the best possible solution for the home. Andy found that the water was entering the basement from the basement walls and the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.
