Tammy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space gets full of water during any rain at her home in New Hill, NC.

Larry, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Larry met with Tammy to go over what he proposed as the best solution, which is to have the crawl space encapsulated to help with the moisture and standing water.

Our crew led by Pedro, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which consist of sealing vents, 10 mil Liner, Wrap Piers, SilverGlo Insulation, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Trench Dug, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Andrew contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with a dip in his floor at his Durham, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Andrew to go over the home to find out the best solution. Justin found that the dip in the floor was due to moisture in the crawl space which had weakened the wood allowing it to dip and drop. The best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with installing the Smart Jack System to stabilize the wood and raise it so that there was no longer a dip. Andrew is thrilled with the work done by Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to fix his home for many years to come. 

After having the crawlspace encapsulated our crew installed a custom-built door to prevent water from entering.

William contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floors, moisture, and mold issues at his home in Shannon, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Derek proposed Mold Remediation for the mold issue, and to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the sagging floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew led by Joshua, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, SEFR can address the issues of the sagging floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and The CleanSpace  Encapsulation System seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.

This crawl space in Broadway, NC had an old vapor barrier installed, however the homeowners were still experiencing moisture problems along with high humidity. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help this customer by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to keep the water out of the crawl space from blocking it from entering by sealing off the crawl space from the outside elements.
