Billy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture and standing water in the crawlspace at his home in Sanford, NC.

Larry, one of our design specialists, went and inspected the home. Upon inspection, Larry met with Billy to go over what he proposed would be the most effective way to take care of the issues which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace to help keep it dry and a safe environment for his family. Billy was ready to move forward to have the project done.

Our crew led by Jose H., installed the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System, which will help control the moisture and help with the standing water.

Billy was excited about the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

Our team sealed the crawl space vents and insulate the walls, our team installed our SilverGlo Thermal Insulation panels. Drainage Matting was installed throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the drainage system and sump pump to keep the crawl space dry at all times. 

Our Clean Crawl Space crew installed a custom crawl space door in Dillon, SC.

Joe called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in inquire about having a Sump Pump installed and was interested in having a liner installed in the crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's wonderful inspector met with Joe to go over the options that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair has to best fit Joe goals for his home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair crew led my Ricky Warren installed a new sump pump much to the delight of Joe. Along with our drainage matting, 10 mil liner, a SaniDry CX dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry and a custom built door for a fantastic way to enter the crawl space.
