Andrew contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with a dip in his floor at his Durham, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Andrew to go over the home to find out the best solution. Justin found that the dip in the floor was due to moisture in the crawl space which had weakened the wood allowing it to dip and drop. The best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with installing the Smart Jack System to stabilize the wood and raise it so that there was no longer a dip. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation.
