Carolyn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with standing water in the crawl space that had caused the pier to settle. By the settling of the piers, the floors of the home had started to drop and become bouncy. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P met with Carolyn to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for the standing water and the settling piers. 

Justin found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to address the standing water in the crawl space and the Smart Jack Stabilization System to address the settling piers and the raise the floors back level. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair crew let by Pedro installed first the Smart Jack Stabilization System. Next, they cleaned the crawl space from any debris and installed the Silverglo Insulation Panels on the foundation wall. They then installed the CleanSpace Liner, along with the Sedona Dehumidifier and the Smart Sump System to keep the crawl space free of moisture.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Patrica by replacing her dirty vapor barrier to a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System seals off the crawl space from the outside elements and the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to keep out dirt, water vapor and other hazardous things in the crawl space of the home.

Alan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about moisture and drainage issues at a home he is purchasing, after having a home inspection in Lillington, NC.

SEFR scheduled one of our design specialist,Todd to go out and do an inspection. Upon inspection Todd found that the crawlspace had high moisture content and falling insulation. After speaking with Alan showing him the condition of his crawl space Todd  proposed a full encapsulation to help with his home repair needs.
