A homeowner in Lewisville, NC was noticing some moisture issues in his crawl space. Our team of experts went straight to work on fully encapsulating and waterproofing the crawl space by removing all debris, sealing the vents, installing drainage matting and CleanSpace liner, and setting up a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier. 

Stranding pools of water sat along these basement floors. Water kept getting inside this area via the space where the walls and floor met. Our expert crew waterproofed this basement by installing a SuperSump pump system and our subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard. Designed to capture water at its very entry point, with WaterGuard water won't ever have a chance to reach the basement floors. 

To save this crawl space from moisture and water damage taking control of it, we had to clean it out and install a vapor barrier and sump pump system. The ripped plastic and ruined insulation were creating a very moist and nasty crawl space that would breed mold and invite nesting creatures.

Crawling inside of the crawl space helped us identify the moisture issues that the home was having. So, we sealed it off with our durable and reliable products and systems.

This moldy crawl space needed to be free of moisture and the stabilization. We encapsulated it to solve the moisture problem and added new galvanized steel SmartJacks to support it.
