This nasty crawl space has a brand new look and feel after our expert crew worked some of their crawl space magic. They removed all debris and fallen fiberglass insulation. Then, they replaced it with the superior waterproof SilverGlo insulation boards and encapsulated the crawl space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. No moisture, humidity, or winter drafts stand a chance against this clean and healthy crawl space now!

SilverGlo Thermal Insulation was fastened to the crawl space walls to regulate temperatures and ensure no outside elements pass through into the crawl space. 

The CleanSpace vapor barrier seals off the crawl space, preventing moisture from entering, while the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier reduces humidity levels, eliminating musty odors and inhibiting mold growth.

CleanSpace liner is a durable, waterproof material used to encapsulate this customers crawl space, preventing moisture and humidity from entering. It is made of a thick, puncture-resistant polyethylene that is installed on the walls and floor of the crawl space. The liner acts as a barrier, keeping the area dry and reducing the risk of mold, mildew, and structural damage. It will also help to improve indoor air quality by preventing moisture-related issues.

This basement was experiencing issues with moisture and humidity. The existing sump pump was failing to effectively remove collected water and needed an upgrade. Our crew removed the old pump and installed an UtraSump. This system is top-of-the-line and complete with battery backup to ensure that it will function even during a power outage!
