This Tarboro, NC home was showing clear signs of structural stress, including uneven and bouncy floors caused by weakened beams and failing support posts in the crawl space. During inspection, our team found aging wood, moisture exposure, and inadequate supports contributing to the floor sagging throughout the home. To permanently correct these symptoms, we installed our SmartJack support system strong, galvanized, and fully adjustable to lift and stabilize the floor structure. Paired with a clean encapsulation barrier, this solution strengthens the crawl space, protects against future moisture damage, and provides long-term stability so the homeowner can feel confident in the safety and integrity of their home.

This Columbia, NC home had a crawl space showing classic signs of trouble exposed soil, high humidity, falling insulation, and dirty air circulating through the ductwork. Our team solved these issues by fully encapsulating the crawl space with a durable vapor barrier, sealing off outside moisture sources, and adding insulation to regulate temperature. These porch steps started to sag and sink away from the rest of the porch. We pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to provide a slight lift back into place and to stabilize it from future sinking.

The shifting that the concrete slabs in the driveway had done created a lot of tension on them. This pressure released by cracking the concrete in several places. We sealed these cracks together with NexusPro which also waterproofed the break.
