We installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting in this customer's crawl space to prevent water buildup and improve air quality by keeping moisture out. After a previous inspection revealed crawl space concerns including foundation wall cracks, moisture issues, and damaged subflooring, this Cary, NC rental property was ready for improvements while vacant.
