Water was leaking into this basement through cracks and gaps in this foundation wall in this homeowner's basement. As part of the waterproofing process for this project, we fastened our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to this wall to prevent moisture from seeping through. 

This Louisburg, NC crawl space had an old, deteriorating ground liner that left the space vulnerable to ground moisture, high humidity, and uncomfortable temperatures. Over time, these conditions can contribute to musty odors, mold growth, and reduced energy efficiency throughout the home.

Our team upgraded the crawl space with a CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal the ground and help prevent moisture from entering the space. SilverGlo insulation was also installed along the crawl space walls to provide added thermal protection and improve energy efficiency. Together, these solutions create a cleaner, drier, and better-protected crawl space beneath the home.

This formerly damp and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Complete with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purifier, EverLast door, and drainage matting - moisture and humidity no longer stand a chance against this crawl space!

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition. It's the most durable vapor barrier on the market! Once installed, our CleanSpace seals, covers, and protects the area from moisture, humidity, and even winter drafts.
