Waterproofing Leaking Finished Basement in Danbury, NC

Wet carpet, musty smells, and damp storage items made it clear that water was finding its way into this basement. We pulled back the damaged areas and installed our waterproofing system under the floor which allowed the homeowner to re-finish the basement with peace of mind.

Stabilizing and Sealing Concrete Patio in Germanton, NC

The concrete patio behind this home was holding up an added-on sunroom. The pressure from this and the erosion from runoff started to cause cracking. We injected PolyLevel to fill in any void and then sealed the existing crack with NexusPro which sealed and waterproofed the crack.

WaterGuard Drainage Installed in Basement in Winston-Salem, NC

Water leakage was ruining this basement and allowing mold to grow on the walls. To solve this problem, we installed a waterproofing system with WaterGuard drainage around the perimeter and a CleanSapce vapor barrier along the walls. This collects intruding water and sends out away from the home.

Waterproofing Wet Basement in Winston-Salem, NC

Water seeped through the concrete block wall and into the basement due to the porous nature of the concrete, which allowed moisture to penetrate. This moisture caused efflorescence on the basement walls, a white, powdery deposit of salts left behind when water evaporates. To address this issue, our team waterproofed the basement with an interior drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and SaniDry Dehumidifier. The interior drainage system captures water seepage and directs it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which efficiently removes the water from the basement. The SaniDry Dehumidifier then controls humidity levels, preventing mold growth and further moisture damage, ensuring a dry and healthy basement environment.

New Sump Pump Installation in Winston Salem, NC

Our team recently installed a Triplesafe Sump Pump System to replace a customer's faulty system, which had caused water to enter their basement. The new system ensures reliable protection against water damage through its triple-redundancy design. The Triplesafe Sump Pump includes three pumps: a primary pump for regular water removal, a secondary pump for backup in case the primary fails, and a battery-operated pump for power outages. This system works by detecting rising water levels and activating the appropriate pump to efficiently discharge water away from the basement, preventing flooding and maintaining a dry, safe space.
