This open and unprotected crawl space was a problem for the health of the home. We encapsulated it to keep the temperature more consistent and moisture out of it.

Our interior waterproofing system ran along the perimeter of this basement and expelled the unwanted water. This eliminated the home’s leaking basement problem.

Water seepage into the finished walls of this basement was extremely concerning. To prevent the basement area from being completely ruined, we installed our perimeter waterproofing system under the floor.

Installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of this basement to collect the water intrusion went perfectly and left the basement in good shape to be finished.

The basement walls under this home were bending and causing so many problems that the homeowners had to tear out existing interior walls to uncover problem areas. Once the block was fully exposed, we were able to install our steel PowerBraces to the wall that secure the blocks in place.
