Another great crawl space encapsulation! This crawl space in Whitsett, NC was energy inefficient, and it was only a matter of time before the moisture began to create mold that would plague the home. Encapsulating this crawl space with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SaniDry dehumidifier allows this house to reclaim this space and have it work to protect and increase its efficiency.

Water intrusion was leaving behind mineral deposits that chipped the paint on the block wall and was being held inside the blocks. We installed an interior drainage system to capture the intruding water rand pump it outside away from the home.
