We encapsulated this crawl space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. Then, to eliminate musty odors and promote healthy air throughout, we added the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system. Moisture nor humidity stand a chance against this crawl space now!

This crawl space was suffering from excessive moisture, high humidity, and a damaged vapor barrier that allowed musty odors and potential mold growth to spread through the home. The “before” photo shows torn plastic and exposed insulation, clear indicators of poor moisture control and air quality issues.

To restore a healthy environment, our team installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, the most efficient crawl space dehumidifier on the market. Combined with a durable CleanSpace vapor barrier, this system keeps humidity levels below 55%, preventing mold, wood rot, and musty odors. This troubled basement was suffering from years of water damage and cracked walls. Our expert team installed GeoLock wall anchors to permanently stabilize the cracking walls. Then they added a CleanSpace encapsulation system and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to seal and waterproof the basement from any future water damage.
