We have transformed this crawlspace in Falmouth, NS, so it was no longer wet. We encapsulated it using our CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane and waterproofed everything else installing a SuperSump sump pump system. 

Homeowners contacted us as they had a home made drain around their perimeter, but unfortunately it did not work the way they were hoping. The homeowners were never able to finish their basement as the pump was not discharging the water and susceptible to flooding.
