This crawl space had a gravel floor with pink fiberglass insulation in the ceiling and was very cold!  Their floors were cold and during the winter the pipes would freeze.  The Ridgeback Basement Systems team did a free inspection and the homeowners were eager to get the issue fixed.  Pat & Justin fully encapsulated and insulated their crawl space using CleanSpace 20mil thick liner and TerraBlock foam insulation.  The result is not only beautiful and clean, but warm and safe.  Enjoy your warm floors this winter!

Scott contacted Ridgeback Basement Systems as he wanted to improve the energy efficiency, warmth, and comfort of his home. The gravel floor, although looks nicer, is still sitting on the ground floor with zero insulation or barrier to the home. Our CleanSpace not only made it look better aesthetically with the bright area, but also generated less humidity, warmer floors and an overall healthier home.
