Your sales rep presented the product in a professional manner and sold me on the process to fix my basement issues.  The foreman on the work crew went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.  If I need any additional work done, I will ask for the same crew!  

The sani-dry system arrived damaged, but Brent quickly took care of the situation and contacted his supervisor to make sure we get a replacement part ASAP.Dan was very through and kept in touch, answering all our questions during the decision process. Brent and his crew were very respectful; they were very careful with our items. Brent was always in the best dispostion to answer all our questions. We chose BD because of the innovative waterproofing solutions it offers and because of its many years of experience. We also know that our neighbor used BD when sealing their crawl space and they were very satisfied with the job done.

We went with your company because we didn't have to remove any decking outside and we only had work done on what we needed.  Other companies wanted to do more work than we needed, costing more and causing us to remove flooring.  Your option allowed us to pay less and only fix what was broken!
