This homeowner in South Vienna, Ohio wanted to make the most out of their home. Their crawl space was easy to access, but filled with loose gravel and other debris, making it wasted space. This homeowner had seen encapsulation work done by Mid-State Basement Systems and gave us a call. Our inspector was happy to come out and provide a free estimate to transform the space to make it clean, healthy, dry and functional. 

Our crew did a full encapsulation, including SilverGlo, Spray Foam, Drainage Matting and CleanSpace. This will ensure the space stays dry and clean so the homeowner will be able to use it for additional storage in their home.

A before and after look at a crawl space repair in East Liberty, OH. the homeowner wanted the space to be more accessible for storage. Our crews installed drainage matting, as well as the CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

This crawlspace was being protected by only a thin sheet of plastic. Moisture was still coming in, making this space humid and musty. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system to keep the space clean, dry and able to be used as storage.
