This wet basement was starting to grow mold. The homeowner really wanted the moisture and mold taken care of. We killed and removed the mold by using Mold-X2. We then waterproofed this space with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will all work together to keep this basement dry and protected, year-round! 

Our crew here at Cleveland Basement Systems installed a Waterproof System to a basement located in Mayfield Heights, OH. This basement previously had a lot of moisture, and had several areas where water could easily enter, especially during heavy precipitation. With the addition of the Waterproofing System, the homeowners will no longer have a humid and wet basement, but instead a permanently dry and healthy space. 

Our customer had an damp, humid basement before we installed a comprehensive waterproofing system. The system now drains any moisture that this home may experience to the exterior. These homeowners are pleased with their healthy basement that is now permanently dry. 

Water in the basement was causing problems for this homeowner. Their sump pump had failed and they were looking for a better replacement. We were able to replace their sump with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. This system contains a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron sump, air tight lid, and a WaterWatch Alarm System. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth.

This basement is now dry and the homeowner is so happy about that!

This basement in Copley, Ohio previously had water damage and was no longer a healthy space for the homeowner to use. Our team here at Cleveland Basement Systems installed a waterproofing system that will permanently keep all moisture out. An essential part of this system includes the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This pump has a unique figure-eight design that allows three types of submersible pumps to fit into one sump liner, allowing for triple the protection. The homeowners are very pleased with the new system that is put into place and will now be able to safely utilize their dry basement.
