Cleveland Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe sump pump in this basement to replace the old, unreliable system this customer had. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps that make it stand out against traditional systems. The first pump works most of the time and can handle 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second is a slightly bigger pump and works when there is excessive water; ejecting up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is a battery backup and kicks on when the power turns off, which protects against basement flooding.

This customer's basement in Limaville, OH struggled to keep water out. As a result, mold and mildew grew due to high humidity and water intrusion. Cleveland Basement Systems installed CleanSpace and WaterGuard to create a drier, mold-resistant space! The CleanSpace wall covering is completely waterproof and will direct water into the perimeter drainage line. WaterGuard is the drainage channel that catches all of the water from the walls and floors to drain to the TripleSafe sump pump to be ejected. Plus, the CleanSpace not only waterproofs the basement, it also makes it look bright and clean! 

For years, these homeowners struggled with water infiltration and high humidity. This was causing the wood joists and beams to rot, creating an unstable situation. Cleveland Basement Systems repaired both of these issues for the customers. To repair the supports, the crew installed the SmartJack system to replace the rusted beams. SmartJacks will not rust or corrode and can be adjusted if needed. To waterproof the basement, the crew installed a comprehensive waterproofing system that included the CleanSpace vapor barrier, WaterGuard perimeter drain, SaniDry dehumidifier and TripleSafe sump pump. These homeowners were trying to combat high humidity levels with an outdated humidifier. Cleveland Basement Systems hooked up a SaniDry dehumidifier to the new TripleSafe sump pump system in order to keep the moisture in check.
