This block basement wall was beginning to bow inward, causing safety issues for the whole home. We repaired this structural issue by installing the GeoLock wall anchors that utilize the bearing soil on the outside of the home to straighten the wall over time.

This once rusted and failing beam was replaced with SmartJacks supports. This patented and proven support system can hold thousands of pounds of weight and lifts the joists back to the correct level. 

SmartJack supports were installed to replace this failing beam. Made of galvanized steel, SmartJacks never rust, and once installed, they provide immediate stabilization and lift.
