Cleveland Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor to stabilize the shifting foundation walls. Carbon fiber is a high-tensile strength that is nearly impossible to stretch. This allows the wall to be safely reinforced and stabilized. 

Horizontal cracking along the basement wall was causing structural issues to the home. This type of cracking means that the foundation is either settled or moving. Cleveland Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor in order to prevent further bowing and bending. Carbon fiber is a high tinsel strength material that is almost impossible to stretch. CarbonArmor is 10 times stronger in tension than steel and is specifically made to stabilize basement walls. 

CarbonArmor straps were applied to this cracking, shifting wall in order to stabilize it. CarbonArmor utilizes high-strength carbon straps bonded directly to the wall using industrial epoxy, creating a 10x stronger-than-steel reinforcement. 

The SmartJack Stabilizing System provided sound peace of mind to this homeowner. These adjustable, galvanized steel beams can handle over 60,000 pounds and will not corrode over time. 

This foundation was shifting and needed permanently stabilized. Using GeoLock anchors, heavy-duty earth anchors were embedded in stable soil that are connected to steel anchors with long, galvanized rods. This system can be tightened during dry seasons, allowing your walls to completely straighten over time. Installers make sure once they are done, to cover the ground with the dirt and make it look good as new.
