This customer reached out to us about their sagging floor. They informed us that the home was approximatly one hundred years old and that they noticed an area of the floor that was very bad but they knew that there was sagging throughout all areas of the home. The Vesta team installed twelve smartjacks and two supplemental beams in the crawlspace lifting and leveling the homes floor and replacing the outdated cinder block support system. 

This crawl space was experiencing condensation and mold growth. The Vesta Foundation Solutions team installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier to help seal moisture out and treat this space like a clean healthy pier and beam constructed home.  Now this homeowner can use this as added storage!
