Our team was able to stabilize a home in Nicolas Hills and restore the integrity of the structure.

In many cases, an elevated pool has soil pressures that push the walls out and away from the home.  This movement causes cracks to form and the walls to tip over.  Vesta will install a deadman system anchor in many cases but the pool can create a problem with these designs. In this case, the Vesta team installed steel bracing that is welded in place.  These designs are engineered to support the weight of the pool and walls.  By installing this the walls are permanently stabilized and holding the weight of the pool and all the family members over enjoying a Sunday barbecue. 

Many times Customers that own rental properties call us because of problems with patched up repairs and neglected structures.  This customer purchased a home with a two bedroom loft style building that needed to be properly supported on the cantilever section overhanging the garage. Not only can the Vesta team lift concrete or your foundation but overhanging structures as well! This home we were able to lift 1 and a half inch!

This home near Plaza district was able to lift the overhanging structure nearly 1.5 inches!  This home was built overhanging the driveway. The ongoing weight of the roof, structure, and objects upstairs caused the home to sink over the last several decades. The Vesta team installed Smart Jacks to lift the home back to original position. 

These Oklahoma City homeowners were having issues with their floors sagging, squeaking, and just generally being unlevel. They had an old and outdated system supporting their home in the crawl space. The system was made up of cement blocks and concrete piers. This system is not very effective and deteriorates quickly. After finally being fed up with the issues they gave Team Vesta a call. 

Vesta Foundation Solutions went to to the home and did a free, no obligation estimate. After the estimate was complete, the home owners were ready to get there home in to tip top shape again.

Team Vesta determined in order to fix all the sagging, squeaking, and unlevel floors, they would need to install our Smart Jack System. The Smart Jack system fits in tight places and can be adjusted to level the floor. The homeowners were happy and they're home was better secured thanks to Team Vesta!
