A large slab in Edmond, OK had settled and was able to be lifted to remedy a trip hazard.

This Edmond Homeowner called about his pool, he told us that the pool was only 5 years old and that the decking around it was sinking in several areas. Two years after the install the owners tried repouring the slabs in several different areas but still ended up experiencing the same problem. The pool decking was sinking due to washed away dirt that created voids. The sunken deck was unlevel and even a tripping hazard in areas.  The Vesta team was able to lift and level the deck with our PolyLevel system, removing any tripping hazards that had formed. 

The Vesta Team lifted an entire pool deck in Edmond. Sections were settling up to 4 inches! We fixed all the tripping hazards.

The Vesta team repaired this sinking concrete pool deck by using a concrete leveling technique that combines slab jacking and POLYLevel foam system. The repair took about 2 days from start to finish and all the caulking joints were repaired to address the previously installed caulking.
