We fully changed out everything about the sump pump in this Wyoming home. We removed the existing, small liner. After installing a new footing drain around the permitter of the home (seepage was present), we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This has 2 submersible pumps, on independent discharge lines. It also has a battery back-up system, our UltraSump4 with a battery specially designed to charge back-up systems.  
This sump is for homeowners who want no worries!

Before

The home was built with concrete block foundation walls and a poured concrete floor. Signs show water seeping through the walls and along the base where the floor joins. This will increase moisture and humidity in the basement allowing mould to grow on any organic material.

After

Advanced Basement Systems installed the Waterguard Drainage System which includes Thermal Dry Wall covering and a sump system to move the water away from the home. If you see signs of water on the walls, high levels of humidity or mould growth in your basement give Advanced Basement Systems a call!

We put in a new liner, submersible pump and back-up system in this home. 
Lambton County can get a lot of rain! Having a reliable sump system and a good back-up is important. Our battery back-up uses a specialized battery, designed for this specific use.

Problem: The homeowner required improved access to their crawl space.

Solution: We installed a steel window well, as part of the crawl space access is below grade and added an EverLast crawl space access door which seals tightly for an ideal crawl space environment.

Problem:  These homeowners had an old sump pump system and pit which was open, creating a humid environment in the home. They were also experiencing some drainage problems and cracks in their basement floor.

Solution: We successfully installed a new SuperSump+™ Sump Pump System. We moved the location of their sump pump, filled in the old pit, filled the floor cracks, and improved their drainage system.
