It was immediately evident when our inspector entered this home that there was a serious water and humidity problem. The basement leaked for decades and the excessive water in the space increased the humidity level in the entire home, making it smell terrible. Solution: 

We installed an interior waterproofing system which consists of an in-floor drain, which moves any leaking water into the sump pump. A radiant wall barrier provides an extra layer of protection against water intrusion and helps to keep the space comfortable as it reflects heat back into the basement.
