Sonja C is looking after the estate home and needs the basement waterproofed.
Omni basement systems recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system using their patented WaterGuard drainage system which drains to the SuperSump sump pump system which includes a Zoeller M63 sump pump. The walls are drained with Cleanspace wall membrane to ensure all the moisture gets into our Drainage system 

Michael has a crack in his basement. The crack comes down from the corner of the window which is the most common location for wall cracks. Omni Basement Systems sealed the wall crack with Flexispan wall crack repair system. Flexispan stays flexible for the life of the home and is warranted as such. 

Our custoemr in Stoney Creek had a Sump pit hidden in a clet in their basmeent and because it didnt have a sealed lid, it emitted moisture in the air which could make the closet moldy.

Marcie had a builder grade sump pump system and at some time, the pump was replaced with a inexpensive pump from a hardware store. Diane had an old sump pump system behind a faux brick wall in her basement that was not working and needed a system. Omni Basement Systems installed the Supersump sump pump system. This sump features a whisper quiet Zoeller 1/3hp cast-iron pump that pumps approx. 2200 gallon per hour.
