Keith & Joanne wanted  a clean, dry space to store their summer outdoor furniture. Part of the process was to have a custom door made for the entrance way. Also they need a drain to the sump sytem to stop water from building up at the door. 

Omni basement made a custom entrance door using the Everlast door panel. The door had to be custom fit for this crawlspce. They also added a drain that goes directly to the sump pump. 

If you have a dirt floor crawlspace, it is very important to add our Cleanspace moisture barrier. 

This house in St Jacobs, On had a an unhealthy crawlspace, by adding the patented Cleanspace product which includes a drainage matting and moisture barrier, it is now dryer and healthier 

Dale has a home in Vittoria with a dirt floor crawlspace. Omni Basement systems appled a 20 mil, 7 layer thick vapor barrier on the floor and walls of the crawlspace.

Omni found that the crawlspace of this 18 year old home was so damp that the main support beam was wet and rotting.

Not all crawlspaces have dirt floors as in the case of Ornetta G. in Fergus, ON. Her crawlspace is more like a short basement. Omni Basement Systems waterproofed with an internal drain system and a wall membrane. Omni also upgraded the existing sump pump.
