This whole experience was positive. I dropped in at a neighbor's home and saw the work, spoke with Alfredo, telephoned for a salesman to come. Office staff always helpful and patient. Today and last night we had 5 inches of rain and the basement and crawlspace remained dry! Wonderful! We should have done this sooner!
