We had a homeowner in Martintown, Ontario who needed an updated sump pump. We installed our super sump plus with an Ice Guard and Rain chute EZ. to Help Keep their basement dry and comfortable.

Our team recently tackled a challenging crawlspace encapsulation project, ensuring the homeowner's space was properly sealed, insulated, and protected from moisture. • Clean Space Vapor barrier: Installed clean space along the crawlspace floor and walls to prevent moisture intrusion and improve air quality.
• Terra block Insulation: Added Terra block insulation for enhanced thermal protection while maintaining a strong, puncture resistant barrier.
• Silver Glo Insulation Panels: Installed Silver Glo rigid insulation along the walls to maximize energy efficiency and reflect heat back into the home.

This encapsulation not only eliminated moisture concerns but also improved insulation and energy efficiency, creating a healthier and more comfortable living space for the home owner.

This customer needed their crawlspace encapsulated. We installed Silverwall insulation panels, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and smart jacks.

For this project, our team completed a full crawlspace upgrade to address moisture, stability and energy efficiency concerns. We installed a cleanspace vapor barrier to keep basement dry and protected, while smart jacks and wrap piers were added to provide lasting structural supoort. To enhance insualtion and energy savings, we applied Silverglo panels along the walls. A Smart drain was included for added protection against plumbing leaks, and the powerful sanidry sedona dehumidifer now keeps the air dry, clean and healthy.
