A commercial property in Oshawa faced a serious safety concern: a severely sunken concrete walkway. The front walkway of this hotel business in Orillia was in poor shape. Uneven concrete slabs were causing trip hazards. A home in Blackstock, Ontario, had an issue with the kitchen floor sinking. The bigger issue was that there was a hydronic heating system in the floor that made restoring the floor to its original position extremely difficult.
