The basement wall was dealing with a significant bowing issue, along with a concerning horizontal crack that was beginning to form. We installed three PowerBrace galvanized steel beams to address and fix the issues, supporting the basement walls back to safety and stability.

The interior walls of this basement in Oshawa, Ontario were showing alarming signs of settlement. This could lead to very bas consequences in case action was not taken. In order to permanently stabilize the walls and thus the foundation of this house, we implemented our StableLock system. This consisted of pouring concrete to make a new wall that will support the existing settling wall, and then install our galvanized steel PowerBrace in order to provide perfect stabilization of the foundation walls.
