Mr. Jeff Martello inspected the bowing foundation wall and it was determined the amount of movement was unacceptable and required medium-duty reinforcement.  CarbonArmor is an ideal product to permanently reinforce the bowed basement walls.  Foreman Austin Stone installed the straps and the customer was very satisfied. 

Water leaked into this customer's garage through cracks in their block foundation wall. For the ultimate flood protection, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system, fastened CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls, and installed a TripleSafe sump pump. 

To prevent flooding in this basement, we replaced a failing sump pump with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system has three pumps, each with its own battery backup, so there is always one pump working even if the power goes out. The TripleSafe is also equipped with an alarm that will alert us if the pump malfunctions. This system is a reliable and effective solution for preventing flooding in this basement.
