Permanent stabilization & lift with the SmartJack System. 

This home had a section of the first floor platform that was sagging.  The original post was rotted at the bottom so a new galvanized SmartJack with footer was installed.  Within a few hours the post was installed and the floor platform was lifted and locked into place permanently.  The customer was very impressed and commented on the speed and cleanliness of the repairs in our review section.

An inspector flagged the existing telescoping non-permanent post and the sale of this home was stopped in its tracks.  Unfortunately, the buyer backed out and the house was off the market for 79-days.  Unfortunately the house is still on the market, but the defect was addressed so that it doesn’t stop another potential sale.
