This home has massive water intrusion. After WaterGuard was installed, with a TripleSafe pump, it became dry after the next rain.

Facing water intrusion and persistent moisture, a homeowner in Allison Park, PA, reached out to us for help. As you can see in the 'before' photo, their basement was a damp and unwelcoming space. After assessing the situation, we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace systems to tackle the problem. The 'after' photo showcases a transformed, dry, and inviting basement. This remarkable and lasting solution not only secures the home's foundation but also offers peace of mind, knowing their basement woes are a thing of the past.

Stephanie saw our add on KDKA and knew she needed to call. She reached out due to some humidity in het basement that was causing a foul odor of mildew. Keystone Basement Systems sent out their field inspector who suggested she have a Sedona Dehumidifier installed.

The ArmorLock brackets bind and secure the CarbonArmor straps to your floor joists making the CarbonArmor solution fast, non-invasive, and ideal for quickly stabilizing bowing and leaning walls.  In this picture a sill plate was rotted and larger anchors were needed to bite into good wood. This was done for free for the client as part of the transferable warranty.
