Earlier this month, our team had the honor of helping a true American hero - Stanley Wood, a Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient. Stanley’s driveway had become uneven and cracked over the years, creating not just an eyesore but a safety hazard. We were proud to step in and restore it.   This wasn’t our first time working with Stanley. A few months prior, we waterproofed his basement, and he told us how pleased he was with both the results and the professionalism of the crew. He made sure to express just how thankful he is for the work Keystone Basement Systems has done.   Stanley still lives with the lasting effects of the war, and spending time with him was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do - not just fixing homes, but improving lives. We had Keystone out to look at some concrete we were looking to have lifted. After a very thorough inspection and an estimate presentation by Devon like none I’ve ever experienced, it was a no brainer to choose Keystone to do this job. Very excited to see the final product.

I recently received an estimate from Jim Youhon of Keystone Basement Systems for repairing and sealing my concrete patio and walkway. James and Chris were courteous and made an effort to understand what our needs were. James was candid and honest in his assessment of our project and the company’s ability to solve my problem (our driveway was cracked and settled with a brick lined path adjacent and drain in a settled area). He did not over promise and I appreciated the honest appraisal from him. I am sure I will recommend him and keystone basement to friends who may benefit from the company’s services.

I had requested a free estimate regarding an uneven sidewalk and cracked concrete driveway. I had no idea that there was actually a process for repairing these problems without getting a new walk and driveway. But someone told me Keystone does concrete "repairs." Frank provided me with all the information I needed to make the decision to follow through with the suggested work. This will involve concrete leveling with polyurethane foam beneath the concrete surface. BTW, Frank was kind enough to understand that I did not want/require an entire course in concrete repairs! Once I decided to move forward, the job was scheduled quickly. I'm looking forward to the results.

My husband met with Eugene Minter today for an estimate on some concrete leveling work. Eugene was very thorough and detailed about what the process would be. He took a number of measurements and took several detailed pictures. Took his time and answered all of our questions. He made the estimate process understandable and was very professional. If the work comes out as good as the estimate process we will be delighted. Thanks Eugene we will update the review once the work is completed so far really good.

James Stewart from Keystone came to look at some concrete damage I had in my basement. He was incredibly helpful and explained everything in depth. While it was determined that I may not need their services for this specific case, it was a very positive experience. I'll definitely reach out to Keystone again for any other issues that arise!
