A wet basement was a big problem for this State College homeowner. Water in the basement can lead to other issues like mold, structural damage, or rot. It's a very good thing this homeowner reached out in order to protect her home!

We solved this wet basement problem for them by installing a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior DrainageSystem, and CleanSpace Wall System. These systems work seamlessly together to capture and remove water from the basement!

This State College, PA customer noticed a small crack under his radiator. The crack was visible and was causing water to enter his basement. His fulltime residence is in  Virginia, but maintains this space while visiting his Alma Mater. After calling Liberty Basement Systems, Inspector Jeff P. met with the customer. It was decided that he would need a waterproofing system, and Sump Pump to stop the water from coming in. The Sump Pump pictured is Basement Systems' SuperSump Pump System. It is the finest system available and includes the most reliable pump available, a WaterWatch Alarm System, and the patented SuperLiner with Airtight Lid!

This Boalsburg, PA customer had a high moisture problem in their Crawl Space, and needed a solution to prevent any damage to the rest of their home. Inspector, Tom Badman quickly came to evaluate the problem. He concluded that the Crawl Space would need CleanSpace, Wrap Piers, Drainage Matting, and SilveGlo throughout the entire space. Additionally, a Condensation Pump and SaniDry XP also be installed to eliminate the customers high moisture problem for good! 

To encapsulate the Crawl Space, CleanSpace a vapor barrier, was installed throughout the Crawl Space to prevent any excess moisture to enter the Crawl Space. The Clean Space will also permanently separate the home from the ground. SilveGlo, a Crawl Space Wall Insulation, was installed along the walls of the customers Crawl Space. SilverGlo will eliminate any drafts, make the home more comfortable, and is energy efficient! Finally, to maintain a healthy moisture level and improve the air quality inside the home, The SaniDry Xp Dehumidification System was installed. 

With these products combined, the customer will never have to worry about their Crawl Space again! 

Water was getting into this basement way more often than this homeowner would like. She reached out to us for some help. After an inspection we realized that not only was water a problem in this space, but the foundation walls had begun to bow were not stable. This was the bad news. The good news, was we could fix all of these problems for the homeowner!
We waterproofed the space with a WaterGuard Drainage System and a CleanSpace Wall System. The bowing foundation walls were secured with a PowerBrace Wall System. 

This homeowner is so relieved that her home is now dry and structurally sound!
