CarbonArmor System uses carbon fiber-reinforced polymers that are many times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour to this homeowner's foundation wall. The CarbonArmor straps are adhered with a high strength epoxy resin that penetrates both the carbon fiber and the wall itself. Water flow through the outside soil caused pressure on the foundation walls. Under pressure, the foundation wall began to crack and bow inward. To permanently stabilize and secure the wall, the CarbonArmor System was installed. 

A Selinsgrove, PA homeowner purchased their home with three already existing basement dehumidifiers running at the same time. Eventually, it became part of their daily routine to empty the water collected in the dehumidifiers. After noticing two of three basement dehumidifiers were no longer working, they decided it was time to schedule a free estimate with Liberty Basement Systems. The homeowner wanted a ducted dehumidification system with only one dehumidifier. Our crew installed the SaniDry Xp Upright Basement Dehumidification System. Humidity that is pulled from the air and into the dehumidifier will drain to their sump pump location while it can dry up to 2500 sq. ft.

Water seemed to be constantly seeping in to this basement. The homeowner was ready for that not to be the case, so he called Liberty Basement Systems! 

We waterproofed this basement with a FloGuard System, SuperSump Plus, and an IceGuard attachment. The FloGuard System captures water seepage and drains it to the sump pump, which will then pump it out of the basement. The IceGuard attachment enables water to escape the sump, even if the normal discharge line is frozen.

This basement is now dry and has systems in place to keep it that way all year long!

A leaky basement wall problem was solved after installing our WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage system. The WaterGuard drainage system is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains clog.
