In Pittston, a homeowner was facing the challenge of sagging, sloping, and uneven floors, compromising their basement's structural integrity. As you can see in the before photo, this issue highlighted the need for a reliable and permanent solution. Our team at Liberty Basement Systems expertly addressed this concern with our SmartJack® system. By stabilizing the basement beams and floor joists, we lifted the floors towards their original position. Trusted by many, our solution eliminated floor bounce and ensured the strength and stability of the home’s foundation, as shown in the after photo.

Customer was looking for a solution to permanently remove the water from their basement. Liberty Basement Systems addressed their concerns, and decided to install a SuperSump Pump System. Additionally, a TrenchDrain was also installed to collect the water and drain it to sump pump.  This will prevent water damage to their basement, while keeping their home safe and dry. 

55ft of WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along the inside perimeter of the first floor living room. This home was originally built into a hillside without a drainage system in place. Water flowed through the soil through the hill, causing water damage to their living space. That same water flow caused inward pressure on the foundation wall, and was beginning to bow in. The PowerBrace System was installed to stabilize and straighten the hillside foundation wall. 

C.N. contacted Liberty Basement Systems due to having moisture in the basement. The solution that Tyler H. proposed was to add a perimeter system of WaterGuard around the basement to help keep the floors dry. A TripleSafe sump was installed to manage any and all water that would come in through the WaterGuard system and be discharged outside. C.N. home has a current radon system installed so the team at Liberty Basement Systems ensured the new system of WaterGuard that was installed was properly sealed to maintain the functionality of radon system. 

After a full wall and carpet padding removal in a Clarks Summit, PA basement, Liberty Basement Systems crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System, SilverGlo Insulation, WaterGuard Drainage System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry XP basement dehumidifier.
