This basement had a lot of moisture leaking into it through the walls. The homeowners understandably did not want to have to worry about constantly having a wet basement, so they called us!

We solved their wet basement problem with a CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick liner that provides a super durable vapor barrier that won't rip or tear. This system captures any water seeping from the walls and guides it to the basement drainage system! As an added benefit, CleanSpace brightens up basement walls quite nicely!

These once wet basement walls are now dry with a system in place to keep them that way! 

Cracks in the walls allowed water to enter this customer's basement. Using our CleanSpace basement wall vapor barrier system, an interior drainage system, and a high-quality sump pump, our basement waterproofing technicians were able to solve our customer's wet basement problem.

When it comes to waterproofing your basement, a sump pump is essential. To protect this homeowner's basement, we installed a reliable and effective basement sump pump, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. 

This basement was flooding anytime it rained and the homeowner was ready for that nightmare to be over. We solved their wet basement problems by installing a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System to capture any water and get it out of the basement. We also installed a TrenchDrain to prevent water from intruding when the basement door is in use. We also extended the exterior discharge line to allow for water to be discharged farther away from the foundation. To finish this job, we added an IceGuard attachment to the discharge line. IceGuard prevents basement flooding in the winter. Even when the normal discharge line is frozen, IceGuard provides a way for water to escape the sump and keep the basement dry!
