An overheating pump was malfunctioning in this customer's sump system. We replaced that pump with a powerful Zoeller cast iron pump. Water was leaking into this basement and the homeowner was really worried about it. They had started to lay down flooring and were concerned that it would be ruined. We were able to ease their concerns by installing a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. This subfloor drainage system captures water leaking from the floor/wall joint and drains it to the sump pump. Once installed WaterGuard is nearly invisible. Because WaterGuard is installed beneath the floor, basement flooring can easily be laid on top of it for those looking to finish their basement!
