Sump pump change in Beaconsfield, Qc

This basement in Beaconsfield was having problems such as high humidity, moisture and growth of mold.

In order to fix this problem, our team went for a free inspection and noticed that the existing sump pump was not effective. Actually a sump pump system that does not have an airtight lid will allow bacteria and mold spores to spread into the area.

In addition, the pump was not very effective during flood and heavy rain period. Furthermore our team recommended changing this sump pump into one of the best sump pumps in the market which is the SuperSump pump.

The SuperSump pump system features a Zoeller sump pump system and our durable sump pump liner. The SuperSump's is available in ⅓ and ½ HP pump models, which are able to pump out 2,200 and 3,900 gallons, respectively.

Installation of a new pump and drain system inside a house in Sainte-Madeleine, Qc

The problem

Water infiltration in the basement that is frequent. The water comes from the cracks that are on the foundation walls and the joint between the foundation footing and the wall that became frequent with every rain. Mr. Bordeleau already had up to 4 inches of water in his basement and he had to pull everything out in order to redo his basement.

He contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Québec in order to have a permanent and reliable basement waterproofing solution.

The solution

To resolve our customer's issue, we first removed the customer's old sump pump that was no longer working to install our SuperSump sump pump system. It includes a Zoeller pump and a battery pump that will trigger in the event of a power failure. Next, we installed a WaterGuard interior foundation drain system. It is placed on the foundation footing and its purpose is to collect water from the walls and soil for delivery to the SuperSump sump pump system. We installed our CleanSpace coating on the foundation wall to prevent moisture from the walls from spreading into the basement.

With this solution, Mr. Bordeleau now has a dry basement.

TripleSafe sump pump installation in Ste-Marguerite-Du-Lac-Masson

Problem:

Mr. Eugène reached out because the pump in his basement stopped working after a heavy rainstorm. Our specialist, Houssem, visited Ste-Marguerite-Du-Lac-Masson for a free inspection. After detailed examination of the basement, Houssem explained that the current pump had worn out due to being used excessively. Essentially, it couldn't handle the amount of water that seeped in. The solution lays in installing our TripleSafe sump pump, connected to our interior drainage system, WaterGuard.

Solution:

Upon Mr. Eugène's approval, our team of workers led by Felix installed 60 feet of WaterGuard pipes within the basement. In addition, we set up our TripleSafe sump pump, which includes three pumps: the primary one with a 1/3HP cast-iron alternating current, a secondary 1/2HP cast-iron alternating current pump for backup, and a third pump UltraSump positioned, designed to keep working even during power outages.

Sump Pump Installation in Lanoraie, QC

Problem:

Our client from Lanoraie, Quebec, contacted us due to issues with his sump pump. It was running continuously, emitting a very loud noise.

Our specialist, Hugo, noticed it was only evacuating a limited amount of water despite functioning excessively. This could risk in basement flooding, thus causing damage to the floor. Hugo suggested an appropriate solution, which involved installing a new, more efficient sump pump with discharge lines leading outside the house.

Solution

Our team of workers, led by Fiston started by removing the old pump to make way for our excellent TripleSafe system. This system includes three pumps: A primary pump, capable of evacuating over 8,000 liters of water per hour; a secondary pump that activates if a significant amount of water needs to be evacuated, and a third battery-operated backup pump in case of a power outage. Furthermore, we connected the pump to discharge lines which direct the water outside the basement, where we implemented our patented IceGuard system, eliminating the risk of flooding in case the pipes freeze during winter.

Waterproofing a wet basement in Lery, QC

Problem

Following a snowstorm, our client from Lery, QC contacted us after his basement had experienced a terrible flooding. Our specialist, Roxane, conducted a free inspection and estimation. While examining the basement, Roxane noticed that the infiltrated water was not being evacuated outside properly thus causing the flooding after the storm. The proposed solution was to install a complete drainage and evacuation system, equipped with a sump pump.

Solution

Upon receiving approval from our client, our team of workers began the work. They installed our WaterGuard internal drainage system. This system functions similarly to the French drain, but its installation is simpler, faster, and more cost-effective since there is no need for exterior excavation. Several add-ins were included in this system:

- The WaterGuard inspection port: Allows for quick inspection of the drain at any time.

- Our excellent TripleSafe sump pump system: Includes two alternating current pumps and a third battery-powered backup pump for use in case of power outage.

- The patented IceGuard system connected to the discharge pipe, which prevents flooding in case of freezing of the pipe.

- The LawnScape outlet at the end of the discharge pipe with a removable cover for easy cleaning.
