The salesman was knowledgeable and lowkey. I chose All-Dry because of their experience and references from others; I got 3 other estimates, you were not the low estimate, but I still went with you. I'm very satisfied with the initial installation process, only time will tell if the results of encapsulation will be of good value.

He explained everything to me as he worked on servicing our sump pump and dehumidifier. He cleaned everything and made sure it was in working order. Five stars for Larry!!!

Foreman was Ray according to the card, but the job was taken over by another man halfway through because Ray had family plans. Both men were very good and kept me informed as to when they were there and how things were progressing.
