The office staff was timely and knowledgeable. The salesman did a good job-took the time to check thoroughly and explain everything that was going on. I chose All-Dry because of their good price, but more importantly how truthful they were with me. The installation crew members were all very hard-working. The clean-up was great, absolutely no evidence left. Overall, it was a good experience.

The installation crew was very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We had a very good experience with the office staff as well. The salesman was good, but I was sold on the system even prior to the salesman's arrival. The cleanup was great, you can't even tell any work was done. I felt the salesman was honest with me, no pressure. Last night was the first time in 3 or 4 years this home has not popped. When I confirmed settlement was active, no other company was ever considered. The money was a lot to come up with, but I am satisfied.

So far, so good as far as the installation goes, just have to wait and see now. The crew foreman, Francisco explained everything very well. I chose to go with All-Dry over other companies because of the price and the future adjustability to the system. I'm keeping an eye on the system and will notify you if needed.

All of the rubbish was removed by the installation crew. Hopefully, there will be no further foundation problems, however, if such is the case I know the warranties will be honored.

There were several problems with my job, the installation was difficult and the SaniDry unit had problems. Your company never hesitated to address concerns and make things right. That is the true measure of a company's integrity. Always helpful and prompt to reply. Very hard workers. I was impressed by the presentation of the system and liked the national affiliation of a local company. The system has addressed all my basement concerns.

Office staff was very informative and kept us updated on appointment time. The representative was very informative and helpful. The crew was very nice and hard working.
