Larry G. is a homeowner in Piedmont, SC who has an issue with his home's foundation. Larry began to notice that a crack had appeared on the side of his house, and as time went on it only got worse. Specialist Ryan Holloway came out to Larry's home and explained to him that our patented Push Pier system could solve Larry's problem. Push Piers are hydraulically pushed into the ground until it reaches bedrock.  Team Leader Sixto, Team Member Jose and Team Member Mariano were quickly dispatched to Larry's home and installed the Push Piers. Pat P. is among the management team at a church in Greenville, SC where unlevel sidewalks have created a hazard for everyone including children that attend the school there. Pat describes the church as a safe haven for the community but the concern of these sidewalks have been bothersome. There have been many complaints about this trip hazard, and the church does not want anyone getting hurt. Pat saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it one morning on her way to work. She gave them a call, and System Design Specialist Alexander Lovette came out to inspect the sidewalks around the church. After his inspection, he explained to Pat that he believed the solution to their problem was Cantey's PolyLevel system that would lift the sidewalk as well as create a stable foundation underneath. Alexander described that the crew would drill dime-sized holes into the concrete and then inject the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk which would fill any voids to create lift. Production Team Leader TJ Harden and Production Team Member Jeremey Wilson came out and successfully injected the sidewalks around the church. Pat and the management team now have the peace of mind that their safe haven has been fully restored.

Vivian M. moved into her Greenville, SC home a few years ago. She appreciated that the home had a lot of history, 120 years to be exact. The charm of this older home was exactly what she was looking for. Of course, she knew it would take some work to get it into better shape. One issue that concerned her more than others was the uneven floors. Vivian asked around, trying to find a local company she could trust. Someone recommended Cantey Foundation Specialists because of the work they had done on their home. Vivian called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey. Nathan did a thorough inspection before sitting down with Vivian. He explained that extra jacks had been placed long ago but they were only a temporary support. He showed her what Cantey's SmartJack system could do for her home. The SmartJack system would begin with holes being dug under the beam where the jacks would go. Then a engineered gravel would fill these holes to form a stable base that would not sink like soil. Then a metal plate is installed on top of the gravel and a steel beam is installed along the existing beams. The SmartJack is then attached to the top beam and the bottom plate. After the jack is level, it can then be adjusted to create lift. Vivian was impressed with the system and knew it would be a lasting solution for her home. Vivian now has the level floors she needed to refurbish the wooden floors in her historic home.
