Mount Pleasant Crawl Space Encapsulated with CleanSpace

Jeanne K. of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina had a dirty crawl space with flooding issues.  After calling Cantey Foundation Specialists, System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand inspected Jeanne's home and recommended that she hire our #1 Team to install a SmartSump system and CleanSpace encapsulation system.  Two weeks later, Production Foreman Israel Santana (along with his Production Crew including Jonathan Lowder and Timothy Young) removed all the falling insulation and finished the installation.  Now Jeanne does not have to worry about a dirty, wet crawl space anymore!

High Humidity Levels in Crawl Space Warps Floorboards throughout Mt. Pleasant Home

Kenna S. of Mount Pleasant, SC noticed her floorboards were warping throughout her home, and she also noticed bathroom tile cracking and wall cracks in the second floor of her home.  Knowing this was a major foundation concern, she contacted her friend Specialist Ward Purvis to check out her home.  Upon inspection, Specialist Ward found extremely high humidity levels in the crawl space, which caused major disintegration of her wooden structural support system.  Specialist Ward recommended replacing the wooden beams with our treated lumber, installing push piers around the perimeter to lift and stabilize the home's foundation, installing SmartJack crawl space jacks to support the floors, and finally a CleanSpace encapsulation to protect the whole home from having these moisture issues ever again.

Homeowner Breathes Cleaner Air Thanks to Crawl Space Encapsulation in Sullivans Island, SC

Travis L. has had allergies and trouble breathing his whole life, but more so since he moved into his new home in Sullivans Island, SC.  Thinking it was just something in the air, he ignored his symptoms and just took more of his allergy medicine.  A couple of months later, he saw a Cantey television advertisement about how a home's crawl space directly affects breathing conditions in the home.  Travis told us, "the very next day I went into my crawl space, and it was disgusting with mold and mildew."  He called Cantey to schedule his free no obligation inspection, in which Specialist Grayson Forehand conducted.  Specialist Grayson explained that the high levels of humidity had caused mold to grow, wood to decompose, and water to pool.

The best solution to fix all these issues is our patented CleanSpace encapsulation system, which included a sump pump, dehumidifier, and the thickest vapor barrier available.  By completely controlling the atmosphere in the crawl space and lowering the humidity levels through the encapsulation system, Travis not only had a beautiful and bright crawl space but also cleaner and more breathable air.

Retaining Wall Corrected in Isle of Palms, SC

Jerry S. of Isle of Palms, SC wanted to sell his home in the next few months, but he knew he couldn't achieve this without fixing the retaining wall. Because the heavy soil was constantly pushing against the wall, the retaining wall had bowed and moved over the past few years.  After hearing about Cantey on the radio, Jerry called to set up a free estimate and inspection.

After his inspection, System Design Specialist Kendall Moore explained to Jerry that Cantey's patented GeoLock Wall Anchors would attach to the outside of the wall and connect to a bracket that could be tightened in order to correct the bowing retaining wall.  Knowing this was the best solution, Jerry hired Cantey to complete the work.  Jerry said in his testimonial that, "the crew worked efficiently and quickly to get the job finished."
