David T. has owned his home in Lexington, SC for quite some time. He and his wife moved in soon after they were married. They believe this home would make the perfect place to raise a family. This home is now filled with memories and David knows he could never move anywhere else. He takes great care of his home because of how much it means to him. He checks the crawl space yearly for any damage that may have occurred. Recently, he did his usual check but this time he found that some of the beams under his home had become damaged somehow. Once she was all settled, she found that her living room floor had some soft spots. Jane did not know anything about crawl spaces and how to repair them. Lamar S. has been an administrator at his church in Columbia, SC for a long time. When he retired he wanted to use his time to help others and found that opportunity with the church. Since being there he has helped the church grow with different events as well as finding new space for the growing congregation. About 10 years ago, he was able to get a gymnasium built for the church for the after-school program and youth group to use. Lamar and his fellow church members are now free from the hazard that was preventing them from enjoying fun and fellowship.
