Allen B. of Anderson, SC has lived in his home for almost 10 years now. While he was having his sidewalk inspected by Cantey Foundation Specialists he asked System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey if he would also take a look at the crawl space. Allen had previously never been in his crawl space to see if it was in good condition. Specialist Nathan went down to take a look and found excessive amounts of moisture. Allen had no idea moisture had become a problem in his crawl space but was glad he had Nathan check. Nathan assured Allen than Cantey also had a solution for his moisture problem in his crawl space. Cantey's patented CleanSpace system would rid his crawl space of moisture and prevent any further damage. Drain matting would be installed on the crawl space floor to ease moisture out of the crawl space. Then a thick lining of CleanSpace material would be installed over the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. The lining would be secured with spray foam adhesive to solidify the bond between the crawl space and this protective layer. After Allen's sidewalk was fixed with Cantey's PolyLevel process, another Production Crew came out to install the CleanSpace system. Production Team Leader Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Jose Lopez, Production Team Member Mariano Valdovines, and Production Team Member Matthew Williams were successful in installing the CleanSpace system. Allen is ecstatic about his newly fixed sidewalk and crawl space and highly recommends Cantey.   

Lesley K. is a homeowner and nurse in Easley, SC. She spends most of her time at the hospital she works at but is always happy to come home. Due to her profession, Lesley is dedicated to keeping herself healthy. When she noticed a moldy smell in her home, she knew it had to be a bad sign. She needed to find someone to inspect her crawl space so she searched online. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists and called in to schedule an appointment. System Design Specialist Jerod Tafta came out and did a thorough inspection. He told Lesley she was right to call because mold had begun to grow in her crawl space. The moisture in her crawl space could not only cause serious structural damage but is not a healthy environment. Jerod explained that Cantey's CleanSpace system would solve this issue and give Lesley cleaner, fresher air to breathe. The CleanSpace system would begin with drainage matting being laid across the floor of the crawl space which would help excess moisture flow to the SmartSump which would pump all the moisture out. Then a thick liner of CleanSpace material would be installed along the floor, walls, and piers. A spray foam adhesive is then sprayed around the top of the CleanSpace liner to seal the waterproof barrier. Lesley wanted a healthier home environment so she scheduled an installation date. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Austin Boan, and Production Team Member Zenen Dominguez came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Lesley no longer has any worries about her home being an unhealthy environment thanks to Cantey's solution.

Russell S. has owned his home in Greenville, SC for almost 20 years. He and his wife purchased the house after they got married and have since raised a family. Now that their children have moved out, Russell and his wife have been working on making the home their own. Russell now has office space and his wife has room for her embroidering business. Doing renovations has proven to be a more difficult process than Russell originally anticipated. The contractors are never on time and never complete the job when they say they will. So when Russell noticed a moldy smell coming from the vents he worried he would have to work with yet another difficult contractor. He asked a neighbor for advice and was told how wonderful Cantey Foundation Specialists are. Russell got the number and called into Cantey to make an appointment. System Design Specialist Jerod Tafta was on time for the scheduled appointment and got right to work. After surveying the crawl space and taking some readings, he sat down with Russell. Jerod explained to Russell that the moldy smell was from mold growth that had begun because of the high moisture content in the crawl space. The CleanSpace system was the solution that Jerod suggested for Russell to rid his crawl space of the moisture that was causing issues. The installation would start with drainage matting being placed on the floor of the crawl space to assist all the moisture to flow to the SmartSump. The SmartSump would pump all the excess moisture outside to keep the area underneath the CleanSpace material dry. The CleanSpace material would be installed over the drainage matting, piers, and walls of the crawl space. Then a spray foam adhesive is installed along the edges of the material to secure the bond between the CleanSpace and crawl space. Russell really believed in this solution after getting this information and scheduled an installation date. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Austin Boan, and Production Team Member Zenen Dominguez came out and successfully installed the CleanSpace system. Russell is beyond impressed with Cantey, System Design Specialist Jerod, and the Production crew. He never imagined he could have such a great experience with a contractor.
